I love the fact I don't have to have a contract with this company. During the beginning of the pandemic while I was out of work, we switched to every other month and they were more then understanding. Would highly recommend.

I have them scheduled to fix some insulation and fungal clean up in our crawl space. The customer service has been exceptional and the price very manageable. Another company told us the problem was worse than it is and wanted to charge 4 times the price. Highly recommend especially Emmett. Very courteous and punctual. Will use them for services in the future for sure!

Scheduling was a breeze and the crew was always on time. On each of the 4 separate times crews were working, a supervisor inspected and instructed the crew as needed. Supervisor's followup with me was always detailed and polite.

I was selling my house in Hermitage after 20 years. Tommy and his team came out after our home inspector had made a few suggestions to make sure the sell of our we smoothly. After Ace had inspected our house they agreed that changes were needed to improve the condition in our crawl space. The work was done in a fast and professional manner. We set up an appointment time which was not documented by the Call rep. Ace Team member came in at the time when no one was home, just completed the exterior spraying and left a note at the door. The contract had Interior as well as Exterior spraying included. We called up to set a time for Interior Control next week and no one came through. We didn't get a call for reschedule as well. This is very lousy Customer service and Scheduling from their part. I want a refund for this purchase.

It's interesting. I paid it through Angie's List and then they sent me an invoice for the same amount. They tried to get some other services that we have but they were not competitive. They wanted our termite service for $125 and we're paying now $85 a year. All we went with them was the promotion. The promotion part was satisfactory. I probably wouldn't use them because of their pricing.

I was devastated to discuss mold in my new home. Subsequent to moving into my new home I began getting ill and suffered severe breathing issues. I then suffered a severe Asthma attack which required medical attention and the use of a nebulizer to assist with breathing. I am, as are a lot of people, highly allergic to mold which is a toxin that left untreated, can make you sick as well as cause damages to your home. Prior to meeting with this company, I contacted the department of agriculture to get a better understanding of mold, the chemicals approved as well as the names of the companies approved to perform mold remediation. Kevin Rollins with Ace's Mold Proof division visited my home, performed the appropriate moisture level tests and engaged an independent third party to test the mold. One test had already been performed by another party. Mr. Rollins made the proposal to clean the mold pursuant to the department of agriculture guidelines. He explained the entire process to me in terms that I could easily understand and suggested I consider sealing the crawl space walls, floor joist and sub flooring. Again, he explained this entire process to me as well as it's benefits. I was almost hysterical and Mr. Rollins was so kind and compassionate. Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is not your typical sales person but is someone that cares about you, your well being and the well being of your home, your investment. He takes the time necessary to educate you and afforded me the opportunity to do my own research. I have to say this company did an EXCEPTIONAL job and performed each process just as Mr. Rollins had explained. After each rain, Mr. Rollins continues to visit my home and monitor the amount of water infiltrating into my crawl space. This company has provided this as a service and has not charged me one dime for the additional visit. This companies provided excellent workmanship as well as a warranty. I am recommending this company to everyone I know.

They were very professional and informative. The tech helped me understand all that they were doing. Mold was found in my crawlspace when we were trying to refinance the house. They were prompt, getting service set up within a week and they were able to finish the job fast which helped us get done without any problems. The moisture barrier seems to be working well after multiple rains and the new homeowners were also happy with the work as well. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

The two-man crew (Jody and Cody) arrived on time and assured me that I would be pleased with the results of their efforts, and they were correct. They went above and beyond the call of duty on a day when the heat index was well into triple digits. They cleaned out some rubble that could have punctured the vapor barrier, carefully covered all exposed area with appropriate material and secured it at the edges. All this was accomplished very efficiently and professionally.

I am very happy with it. Scott is the person I would talk about and he does fantastic work. They are not the cheapest ever, but they still do good work. You get what you pay for.

It was very good. He did a good job. Excellent. Mainly because they are local, it was only like 7 to 10 miles down the road. At least they had a technician that come out down the road.

Appointments are kept on time, with calls in advance of arrival. Services are through and complete. Additional recommendations are made, not always requiring service from them Service on a rental property is excellent, our tenant is always complimentary of the service Follow-up contact is maintained. Overall excellent +++

The guys that they send are very customer service oriented. They explain everything that they are doing; they walk me through everything. They are good.

The inpection itsefl was free, but the letter for home purchase cost $25. We had them inspect two houses. In the first home they found termites, but we didn't end up getting that house for a few reasons. In the second home they didn't find any termites. I'm not sure where all they inspected, but they gave us a sheet that listed listed areas they weren't able to inspect if they were out of reach.

We had our first initial service today about I was very pleased. Our exterminator serviced the exterior and interior of our home and made pleasant conversation. He was knowledgable and friendly. He was clear and concise on our contract and pricing.

I've used Ace Exterminating Co Inc for over 5 years. They are very helpful, they're very good about reminding me when my contract is up to keep my warranty valid, and their quality is excellent.

Ace did a termite inspection for real estate transaction. They said the house had termites and wanted $500 to repair. After we bought the house we checked and there were absolutely no termites. This was verified by qualified people that were remodeling the house. On top of that we sold the house and the new buyer hired Ace to inspect for termites and they said there were no termites. Consequently I have concluded that the first inspection was completely botched and I was being up-sold a service I obviously did not need. Thus poor ratings across the board. Ace's response was extremely defensive -- essentially assuming they were correct and eveyone else was deceitful. They themselves did inspect the same house again and said no termites -- the address changed so it was a good blind quality control test that proves the inconsistent result.

The inspection was also very thorough. It was a local company instead of going with a national chain which was something that was important to us. I called and was able to schedule an exact time, not a window. They emailed me the day prior to remind me and we received two emails after. One containing our termite report letter and another thanking us for our business.
