THE DRAIN MAN

He is very meticulous in his installations and takes his time to get it right. I consider him my plumber after 3 separate calls for 3 different installations...other two were new main line shut-off and new sink/faucet/disposal.

to start they did answer the phone, but when they arrived at my they were rude and spoke in an unprofessional manner. they absolutely reused to cooperate with us and the insurance company. and when the insurance made a special notion to let me speak in the reps place, they were still rude and unwilling to cooperate. it seems the only thing that mattered was getting paid. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company.

Came Thursday afternoon and tried power snake to clear it out but that didn't work so he got under house and tried snaking it from there but soon realized the drain was packed with 20 years of sediment. After consulting with me and providing a quote to completion, he came back on Saturday and tried power jet spray but that also didn't work. Finally he replaced the worst part of the drain, jetted out the rest, cleaned everything up and was finished by that afternoon. His wife helped him each step of the way. I felt it was a reasonable price for the amount of work and the difficult working conditions. I would use him again (hopefully I won't need to) and would recommend him to others in the area. He also gave me a written 30 day guarantee.
