+ -1 moreThe appointment began promptly with support staff that were welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Monroe was well informed about my condition and addressed it in detail. The experience met my expectations.
Description of Work: The appointment was a semi-annual checkup. Dr. Monroe is thorough with a friendly chair-side manner. He is empathetic with the patient and accessible for questions about the condition. His support staff are competent and engaging.

+ 0 moreHe is very very good. He makes me feel confident and comfortable. The only problem I have ever had is sometimes it is hard to get an appointment because he only works Monday through Thursday and it is a busy practice. I very rarely have to wait once I am there. The staff is very good.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go well at all. He overcharged me twice for three different teeth. If I hadn't caught this, he would have continued to overcharge me. Furthermore, 4 of the teeth on which he worked had broken. I find that he is totally unreliable and cares not for the patient.
Description of Work: He put crowns on some of my teeth and built up others.
