Everything was great until the install. at the time, my father was dying of cancer. We had set up the install on a certain day, and had planned on getting the furniture out of the rooms, but they called a day or so early and said they could come that morning, something had cancelled. I was like, great! So a small crew came over (2 guys), and the supervisor did not. They had the carpet with them, and had started getting it ready. Supervisor finally came after I called Wood's. He told the other guys to help us empty the rooms, and he would be back. Then we found out that he was going back and forth to another job. I called Woods again and was very upset, because they had said this would take about 3 hours and I needed to go see my dad. The owner told me to go ahead and leave, she would take care of it. It eventually got done, but was a stressful day for me. I have not had that problem anywhere else.

Very satisfied with the end results. Hardwood flooring looks great. Installers were prompt and very professional. We had the living room carpeting removed and installed in a bedroom--couldn't be happier with the results. The carpeting crew was friendly, fast and efficient.

It took 1-1/2 days. They did a good job. Still satisfied 6 months later.

It was fine--they just need to have a price list handy for when people want to know how much the tiles cost. A lot of time was taken calling up people to find out prices for various different tiles.

They were great...they were very prompt as far as giving me everything I needed. I liked them and will probably use them for the job.

Julie Wood was wonderful. She came to my home and helped me coordinate each room, and even helped pick out paint colors. I didn't have to go to the store once. The installer Bobby was great. He tried not to disrupt my life as much as possible. He told me in advance what he would be doing, so I could prepare. I didn't care for the carpet guy. I had paid for them to move furniture. He made me empty bookcases. He came in with the attitude that he wasn't going to start until I did my job. He didn't speak to us throughout the day, and he made me feel like I was in his workspace.

I wish I did more homework first regarding the installation. I choose a reputable company that I had heard many good things about prior to usung them. I wish we had known that to achieve a professional look your baseboards should come up before installing flooring other that carpet. We asked the installer and he said not. It wasnt until we were so unhappy with the tile installation that we researched and found this out. We also found out about the extra level of expertize it takes to law 20" tile. We never saw a level being used or the floor being prepped properly before hand.

We replaced existing vinyl flooring for about 1/3 of the first floor in our house. Wood's Custom Floors had a large choice, and I found what I wanted easily. The installers showed up on time the first day (were about an hour late the 2nd day), were quick and professional in their work, and my new flooring looks wonderful. This installation should have taken only one day, but it was discovered that I had 2 pre-existing layers of linoleum instead of the one I thought was there (we are not the original owners of this house), and thus required removal of the top 'floating' layer, which added a good bit of time. The half-bath was the only area requiring work on the 2nd day, and it was finished in short order. We want to put new carpet in our master bedroom, and replace the vinyl flooring in the masterbath with tile. I plan on using Wood's Custom Flooring again, and that's the highest praise I can bestow.

I met Julie when I walked in the store. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her what I wanted to do. She suggested that she come to my house with samples so that I could see what everything looked like together. She brought tile, paint, countertop, and backsplash samples. I picked it out. She helped me with a long term plan for all of the rooms in my house b/c I had told her what I wanted to do in the future. I chose the tile. It was installed the next week. The job was about 500 sq. ft. of tiling, and it was done in three days. There was only one night that we couldn't walk on the floor. The floor looks great, and everything about working with Wood's Floors has been top notch.
