Description of Work: I went in for a simple part for a mower. After much looking up and looking in the shelves, the part was only avIlable by order. It would take a week. I asked about direct mailing to me. That would be an additional charge. I ordered the part on line for half the price.

They forgot to secure the deck, the deck fell off while mowing causing $1000 repairs to the machine. Weaver denied having adjusted the deck but the invoice clearly states it. He denied responsibility, even claimed he never touched the deck and we had a big blow up. It took $1000 to repair the machine elsewhere. The man is rude, expensive, apparently negligent and we can only recommend to stay away from this business. We should have listened to the locals. We have kept and will keep the invoice as proof to substantiate our claim.
Description of Work: lawnmower tune up and deck height check (it needed to be raised), spindle replacement, handle adjustment
