+ -1 moreThey first had me on a 2 day wait, but then had an opening the next day and called me back and we confirmed after exchanging voicemails. They responded after dinner (but within their posted work hours), so that was nice given the next day turn around showed up ontime, a locksmith and an apprentice. Work was done promptly, and they were focused on the task. They were easy to work with, and responsive to my questions and even my changes in our original plan. Did the 5+ lock rekeying and 2 deadbolt installs in less than an hour, and worked primarily from their work vehicle for rekeying the cylinders.
Description of Work: I had an old house that used to have several tenants. I had them install 2 new deadbolt locks that I had purchased and rekey existing locks to ensure no working keys were floating about.
