Description of Work: I called them to check on a hot water heater leak that they installed less than 2 years ago. They first told me that they did not install the hot water heater and I had to send them a copy of the receipt, which I did, twice. They replaced the hot and cold supply lines to a washing machine that they said was leaking and the boiler drain packing nuts. They charged $277and said that would stop the leak. Two days later, on a Saturday, the leak had soaked the sheetrock behind the washing machine. They came back out, charging another even higher fee, because it was the weekend, to fix the copper hot water leak in the wall. They charged me $295. I did get them to subtract the second fee since they did not fix it the first time. I then had to hire a carpenter to repair the wall that was damaged, costing me #275 more. If they had found the leak the first trip I could have avoided a lot of the expense.
