Overall my experience was great beside the little phone issue ( static) customer service polite and accommodating. The removal crew were extremely professional and efficient. Price was reasonable for same day/last minute removal.

Once Straight A cleared out the house (fast and efficient,) I hired them to clean it and do minor repairs. The house couldn't have looked better. They were a courteous, professional and reliable crew. We had a week to ready the house to go on the market and we could not have done it without Straight A Maintenance! I am VERY happy.

If you hire this company, you may want to reconsider, if carpet cleaning is involved. I just had tennants move out and they had pets, without my knowledge and left behind a very strong pet odor. Straight A assured me twice that they were accustomed to removing this type of odor and were certain they would have no problem removing. After cleaning twice, odor is still there. Straight A did not offer to refund any monies, was very hard-nosed about it! Next time, I will get a guarantee in writing!
