They helped with the designs. They went to the store to help with picking out tile. Mr. Neslon was extremely professional and attentive overall.

The job went great and was finished ahead of schedule.

The main bath, they put the tile right over wall paper and had no intentions of sealing the grout. They finished the edges with the tile grout, leaving a very abrasive surface and one that cut your skin if you contacted it. The master bath was a nightmare. They had said that they could do the two jobs in 3-4 days, it took two days just for a simple main bath. They were unreliable about showing up and usually were here about a hour, before sayings they had to go and would be back the next day. It took them 5 days of a couple hours at the most to even begin to finish the shower floor. Then after they left and said they would be back to grout, I looked at the floor they placed and it was no better then what a 3 year old would do. Uneven tile, spacing of tile off, large gaps between tiles and very unprofessional. I called the boss and he came and looked at it and said it was very bad and he would replace it himself. He did do that and the total time involved ended up being 10 days on this room alone. Although he did replace the tile the job was still below standard, as shown in the pictures. They even placed the shower door on backwards to the way it had been originally, now opened up to have you step out to the toilet instead of a clear area. Also by his workers ruining the tile that I bought to match the rest of the bathroom, I now would have to replace or remove the tile floor and walls. They knocked loose and lost some tiles from my floor, so that also has caused me to replace it. The boss called several days later and apologized for the bad showing and asked if he could replace the floor tile to try to make it up to us. But then a couple days later he called and said they had finally caught up all their work and he would be over the next day. AS before he never called or never showed up.
