+ 1 moreI really enjoyed my service. They came out same day to give me an estimate and gave me a quote on total cost, only if there was no major damage. They were very professional and reassuring. They replaced some of our pipes, cleaned out our pipes and asked us to flush our toilets multiple times before they left to insure everything was flowing properly. They were done in a matter of hours, and cleaned up very well.
Description of Work: Both of our toilets were stopped up, and out bathtub was filling up with water.

Description of Work: We had a major sewer blockage at this duplex that had apparently been going on for some time. Charlie came out when he said he would. (On time) He assesed the situation, quoted a price, and preformed the work as promised. This line is quite long with lots of tree roots. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and straight forward way he does business. I would use these folks again.

Description of Work: Our Plumber, They cleaned the main sewer line and then ran a camera down the pipe to check the condition of the pipe and to make sure the drain was flowing freely. Showed me the line and explained everything quite well.

Description of Work: They were informative, dependable and nice. He explained to us what hewas doing as well as what was going wrong. He tried to fix the problem with our field lines but had to come back to add more field lines in our backyard. We paid $845 at first then when the field lines had to be added we had to pay additional $1650. Very professional people.

+ 1 moreWe called Our Plumber out to our home because of a drain backing up. Kathy answered the phone and was very friendly and new what was going on. The plumber arrived on time and explained how they give a price before starting work. The price was pretty good so we told him to go ahead with the work. He was at my home longer than he expected, but it was because of us not having a clean out for his drain cleaning machine. That being said, he never raised the price. He cleared the main line going out to my septic tank. I would use them again and recommend them to our friends.
Description of Work: performed drain cleaning to main sewer line leading out to the septic tank. Pulled and reset Master bath toilet.
