I had them come give an estimate for landscaping lighting for our entry gate. The guy was on time and gave me the information I asked. He did not have a catalog to leave with me, which I needed to select the actual light. He then said they would contact me with an estimate in three days. I have never heard back from them! I would like to mention that the mulch/garden side of this business is great...expensive but great. They did a wonderful job cleaning out our flower beds and mulching

The first estimate was for landscaping. They failed to show up at the scheduled time, no phone call either. Called them and rescheduled, they showed up and gave me an estimate for plants I told them specifically that I did not want. The man giving the estimate was of the opinion that his preferences would look best). The second opinion for the covered patio was never produced. The man came and took some measurements said we'd hear from them the next week. After 2 weeks we called, only to be told they worked on estimates only when it rained. We never heard back from them.

I was referred to this business as having a good "soil mix" for some new raised beds I had done...after purchasing the product and returning home, I found this "mix" had large clay clods (some larger that several bricks), plastic, an aluminum can, as well as a partial brick and some concrete...when I called them and asked what the soil mix was made of, the first person could not answer the question...the second person stated it consisted of 1/3 topsoil, 1/3 sand, and 1/3 bark...I asked if what I found in my load was an "extra"...he stated this did not sound like something they sold (did I not know where I purchased it???) and what did I want him to do...should I have to ask???... I would avoid this retailer, as the quality of their product is not only circumspect, but their "customer service" leaves much to be desired...
