I have had nothing but nastiness, deceit, shoddy professionalism, and just general dissatisfaction. Not only to me but to my Realtor. Getting inspections completed and items fixed is impossible. Johnny told the police that I was crazy and irrational, every time he upsets me it is because he will not get things taken care of. I have never experienced such bad professionalism.
Description of Work: The house was built before I bought it by him. Recently, he sent someone to my house with no notice to move my fence. I would not let them do it, and they had no paperwork. I had to call the police because they were nasty to me. They were just under Johnny's direction. The survey of the land was wrong and the fence had to be moved. If I had been told I would have been fine with it.

Johnny is a great man and I love his work dearly. I am very pleased with the way the gutters look. They look real nice on the home and they definitely serve their purpose. This is one investment I will never regret. I also will be using them again in the future for another one of my homes.
Description of Work: Johnny installed gutters on my two story home.
