Hector is my technician, and he's awesome. I don't have to think or worry about anything. He shows up when he's supposed to, and I never have to make an appointment. Anytime I have an issue, I call Hector directly and he comes right out, instead of having to call an office and schedule something. He's even patient with my dog, which I appreciate.

Our appointment was for 8 a.m..and the exterminator (Matthew) was right on-time even though we live 30 miles away. He went into the crawlspace and reviewed all barriers of our home and garage to locate any signs of pest destruction. He sprayed the foundation of our home and he DID NOT PUSH to sell other products or services-but told us what was available. He was friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. We have had other pest control companies and this is by far the VERY BEST.

Technician arrived on schedule and treated the perimeter of the house with a termite control chemical. This was the first treatment as part of a termite contract. Technician visit was preceded by a site survey in which the service manager thoroughly explained the treatment process, what would be done, what chemicals would be used (we have dogs so were concerned about toxic chemicals being around) and what was covered by their warranty. The treatment itself seemed to go fine and appeared to be very thorough, and included applications in the crawlspace under the house and along the front porch. So far I'm satisfied.

I was very pleased with their services. I would recommend them.

I have had 3 inspections and 3 treatments on different properties. The inspector (Jim) has been very helpful and professional. I have had at least 2 different service men come do the treatments. They take their job very seriously. Their attention to detail and quality of service is unmatched by any other service organization that I have experienced.
