Description of Work: Economy replaced all gutters and downspouts on our two story 3 BR house. They were prompt and did good work. They did not take care to connect the downspouts to the openings to the underground pipes that carry away the water, hence the "B" for quality.

Description of Work: They replaced my existing gutters and downspouts. I am happy with the quality of the finished product, but communication about installation was very poor. I had specifically asked Claude to call and let me know what day the gutters would be installed so that I could keep my cats in the house. I also had wanted a downspout relocated. He never called; I just came home one day and found the job had been done. Cleanup was pretty sloppy, too. I found at least a dozen screws and several pieces of aluminum from my old gutters all along the perimeter of the house. Claude did tell me that they subcontract their gutter work.
