Deaton's Carpet One Floor & Home

Carpet installers scratched our hardwood, I saw one of them slide a piece of furniture, and when I mentioned it to to salesman the day the installers finished, he offered a bottle of hardwood cleaner to try and fix it. He also had made a mistake on the estimate and wanted 700 more dollars. We settled yhat matter. Then before the scratch was taken care of he wanted me to pay. Don't buy the we don't want you to pay until you are happy line. I went back after the holidays to complain again about the scratch and Mr. Deaton said sorry too late. It I could give zero stars I would.

The person who performed the services was "J.W." and he did an outstanding job. Punctual and very conscientious and courteous. Definitely will use him in the future.

They're one of the best in Jackson for sure. As far in my voice, they are the best in Jackson. They've always been. They've got good quality. They've always done a great job. Gary Deaton is a good friend of mine. I would never use anybody except him. He's got good quality and everything they do they do it really nice. They clean up after it. He is a good Christian man. As far as I'm concerned, he is the top in Jackson. Gary Deaton will do a good job. They're the best, and I know that.

Cleaned my carpets. Very professional, thorough and fast. We bought thecarpet from them 35 years ago and it looks very very good.

During the tornado they had everything I needed. They had hard wood floors and carpet, and the tile I needed. They also have beautiful oriental rugs. They had everything I needed for my house. They can come back and clean your carpets. They’re really good about helping you and they’ll order what you need if they don’t have it. They’re so friendly and nice. I’ve never had any problems with them. You get what you pay for and more. He is a good Christian man.
