Description of Work: I spoke to the provider twice on the phone. He was to get back to me after labor day to schedule an appointment to see the roof and give me an estimate. After the holiday I tried calling him several times and left messages. he never called me back. It is really unprofessional of a contractor to not call you back when they say they would. If they are not interested in the job they should just tell you. I thought with the A's that he was getting I would have gotten better treatment than that. Please work on this in the future. This could have meant more business on a business building that needs a new rubber roof.

Although we generally do not service your area we fully intended to have someone come out and inspect your roof. We have had an extremely high volume of calls recently and somehow your information did not get transferred to our appointment book where it should have. Description of Work: Coyle Roofing added a roof over part of our deck. The quality of the work was excellent. The timing was another story. We authorized the work on March 8th. Due to weather and a non work related accident to one of his primary foreman the work was delayed time after time until it was finally stared on May 12th and completed on May 16, 2015. We would probably use Coyle Roofing again if we weren't in a hurry to get the work completed.

Description of Work: Roof replacement. The most courteous workers. Attentive to our needs, professional. Absolutely the best. You might find a lower price but you will get what you pay for. This is a top notch outfit. I can't say enough good things about Coyle Roofing. They have got to be one of the best contracting firms in west TN. You won't be disappointed.

I could not have asked for better service. They were there before I left for work at 6 am and when I returned at 5 pm the job was complete, everything was cleaned up and you could not tell that there had been anyone there except for the new beautiful roof.
Description of Work: Installed new roof, which included tear off of the old shingles, repair storm damaged decking and complete reinstall.
