Description of Work: Hired Cook's to treat for a carpenter bee infestation. They were prompt with the treatment but it took some time to get them to return to fill the holes. My regular Cook's technician was here last week to retreat and fill. Very professional and so far, no more bees!

 + -1 moreWe had also bought automatic vent and initially we had a little bit of difficulty getting them to come out and finish one that was hard to get to, but they did make it right. They are really friendly and claim to be a Christian based company.
Description of Work: We use Cook's Pest Control for pest control services. We have a termite and pest contract with them. We had also bought automatic vent that open and close based on the temperature.

 + -1 moreThe previous owners of our house had a contract with them. They tried to tell us that because we bought the house, we were obligated to continue to fulfill their contract. This was absurd. They were proactive. I would never use them.
Description of Work: They attempted to provide unwanted pest control services under a previous house owner's contract.

 + -1 moreThey do a real good job. They are very respectful of our home; they wear their little bootees when they come inside. They are very thorough and use only approved chemicals for pest control. They identify areas that need to be attended to outside their expertise for example they found a water leak when they were inspecting underneath the house and I had it taken care of. They are committed and thorough. They were recommended to us by my wife's sister and she has been using them for years. Their price is competitive. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We use Cook's Pest Control. They were here yesterday. We have been using them only for three months. They come out monthly.
