Description of Work: Despite several promises to provide an estimate, they did not do so..."I'll get one by tomorrow" was all we heard. Totally unprofessional...if this is how they treat their customers during the estimate phase, I can't imagine how bad their workmanship would be, let alone what it would be like to deal with any problems. Recommend anyone in need of contractor work look elsewhere...RUN don't WALK!

The experience was good. We had one contact person for the entire project. The contact person, Doug, was professional and committed to making us happy from the start. The crew was friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy. The company did not do anything without our approval first. We recommend this company to anyone in the Jackson area.
Description of Work: Complete Restoration remodeled our two bathrooms. They laid tile, painted and performed other miscellaneous tasks in the remodeling process.
