+ -1 moreVery professional...we live in IL and bought a house in Savannah, TN for future retirement. Per our realtor, we contacted Mr. Mike Manns. He called and did the inspection. Sent us a report via e-mail and PFD. Took pictures and pointed out problems with the house.
