Description of Work: Removed old package unit & installed new package unit, reinforced opening as cement block had dropped down, changed over to natural gas from propane adding 3/4" iron pipe were needed, changed thermostat to a Honeywell programmable, changed all indoor appliances to natural gas from propane, checked and reset all gas pressures. When completed cleaned up and removed old unit and all other trash.

Description of Work: Remove and replaced heat & air package unit, installed new thermostat, changed over all gas appliances from propane to natural gas, removed propane copper lines, installed iron pipe for natural gas, checked all gas pressures and set as needed, reinforced opening in foundation to provide more strength to prevent cement blocks from falling. Removed old equipment, cleaned up all refuge and job was completed in one day. It's been almost a year and I am very satisfied on my choice of contractor and equipment.

Description of Work: Replaced heat & air package unit to 3 ton natural gas, converted all other appliances to natural gas, changed piping to larger size to accommodate lower pressures of natural gas, cleaned up area when finished. Workers very helpful when asked questions, workers worked very professionally and completed all work in one day. Company did everything contract called for.
