Description of Work: AC fixed; both units not working, but one was tripped due to power outage, the other was low on freon. Hoping the freon charge will last.

 + -1 moreWnen my AC stopped working yesterday afternoon, I called Allen Heatomg & Air Conditioning based on their being voted Best of Campbell County 2010 in the Reader's Choice Awards which are sponsered by The La Follette Press newspaper. Allen Heating & AC arived at my home the following morning. The two technicians, Robby and Kenny, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They went to work immediately, indentified the problem in short order, had the needed capicitor on their truck and made the repair to my AC quickly. During the brief time they were at my home, Mr. Allen, the owner of the company, arrived and introduced himself. I thought the owner's involvement, such as showing up in the field and overseeing his business, was perhaps one of the reasons why Allen was voted the best by The La Follette Press's readers. Of course have good employees is also a key ingredient. In summary, I was very satisfied and when I have problems with my heating & AC in the future, I will call Allen again.
