Huntingdon Termite And Pest Control

My mother is in a nursing home. Her house had not been sprayed for bugs in sometime. I called Huntingdon Termite and Pest Control, that's who she had used in the past. they were to spray inside for bugs, and around the outside and underneath the house for termites. One of the guys sprayed inside for bugs while the other guy was outside. he said he went under the house. I took him at his word, my mistake! My mother had placed stuff in front of the access hole to keep the cold air out in the winter. A piece of plywood, a bag of mulch, and some old towels. It had been there for at least 2 years. Later, the same day a carpenter stopped by to tkae measurements to build a screen for the access hole to allow air to pass underneath and keep varmits out. When we went to the access, it was obvious the stuff had never been moved away from the access. If you move something that has been there for two years, it is impossible to put things back to look like it had never been moved. The carpenter looked at me and said, "If he went under this house today, he didn't use this hole." It's the only way to get uner the house. The owner of the company wanted to have the state come out and do a soil sample under the house. He wanted to crawl under the house and look for a tag the techs were supposed to leave. I asked him where the tag was supposed to be left under the house? He had not decided that. What was to keep him from having one in his pocket when he went under there? The carpenter and I moved the stuff from the acess hole for the first in two years. My mother told me later, she had also caught them lying, iswhy she stopped using them. I should have talked to her first. Simple, they did not do what they were paid to do. They said they went under the house, not true. I may have come in on a turnip truck, but I was driving it. if you use this company, follow them around, and make sure they complete the job before paying them. After talking to my next door neighbor, she told me they came by her house and sprayed without anyone being at home. They left the bill hanging on the door knob. Now that is a true professional, scam artist that is.
