Did a beautiful job. Went above and beyond what was expected. Excellent service and very reasonable rates. Given discount for using Angie's List. Cleanup perfect, no damage to anything. Have lots of big trees, so good to know a trustworthy tree service and will always use Jimbo's Tree Service in the future.

The service turned out great. He asked how we found him, and when we told him Angie's List, he gave us a 10% discount. When he got here, he found 2 more things to do, and he just threw them in. He was a really nice guy. He was very professional, came on a Saturday, and worked all morning in the rain.

Excellent, one was over a pool and fence. It was removed and the stump ground without incident.

I called Mr. Riggs on Aug. 27, and he came by the day we called to give us an estimate, which we thought was very reasonable for the amount of branches we had cut down. He was going to try to come that Friday evening if he could, but did not make it because he was working on another job that ran long, which he had warned us about. We were not in a hurry, so that was fine. I called him the next week, and he apologized for taking so long, and showed up in the next couple of days. In all fairness, he also had to wait because it had been raining for several days and he could not have driven through my yard until it was dry. He and his crew loaded up our huge pile of limbs, and totally raked and cleaned up everything. He also gave us a very good estimate for cutting down and hauling off a couple of other trees we need to get down, and we will call him about those soon. He is a very nice man, very professional, and we will definitely use him again!

Excellent choice for tree removal. Very organized and methodical. Removed branches that extended almost the width of the pool and never dropped anything into the water. Managed to cut the limbs and remove them without getting sawdust in the pool. Had an assistant who scooped the leaves out and completely removed all the branches and cleaned up. This tree was completely removed, as was a second tree in the yard. A third was well trimmed, removing heavy branches and shaping so air could pass through the tree. I was very happy with the service. All services were performed within 3 days of calling for an estimate. Would highly recommend and use again. Insured and bonded, experienced in tree removal from difficult areas.

I hired Jimmy Riggs to trim some large limbs off pine trees at the back of my property. I needed someone who climbs. He came out the same afternoon and gave me an estimate at a reasonable price. After he left, I realized I had a completely dead 75' tree that also needed to be removed. I called him back the next day and he came back out to revise his estimate to include removal of that tree. The price was much better than I expected. At all times, he was very conscientious about my garden and making sure the limbs were removed in such a way that they would not damage my landscaping. Due to weather, it was about a week before the work was done. The job, which required climbing two trees to cut limbs, and the third to be cut down completely, was completed, cleaned up after, and all debris hauled away within four hours. I found the work to be very professional.
