We were very pleased with their work. Great customer service! Called him one day and he was able to travel to our location the next day to look at the job and give me an estimate on the spot. He took the time to explain the process he uses and to ask pertinent questions about what our goals and plans were for the cabin. This let him know what he needed to do to help us toward that goal. He had all his equipment with him and did the work right then and there. That worked well for both of us, since it is a 60 mile round trip from his business to our cabin.
