+ 3 moreTo really appreciate what sounds like a simple task, let me describe what he had to deal with. My house sits on top of a ridge in Ooltewah with limited access to the backyard, he had to park his truck in the driveway, on a hill and wait for a bobcat to load the truck, since only a bobcat was able to navigate my yard. He was very polite, on-time, and flexible with the schedule of the bobcat operator. There were plenty of hurdles that he dealt with, one example was that the bobcat used had broken down half-way through the work one Saturday and he was very understanding and didn't charge me anything extra. He just showed up the next Saturday and completed the work once the bobcat was running again. I would recommend him to anyone and would/will be hiring him in the future.
Description of Work: I hired Woodrum to remove soil/clay from my fenced in backyard. He had to use a single axle truck do to the location of my house and that a bobcat was used to load his truck. He worked over 3 Saturdays for around 7 hours each and had to haul away the soil to another location.
