Description of Work: i went to Mr Whites place of business Stone Doctor LLC after seeing some of his work at the place where I purchased my granite. He gave me a written estimate and and agreed to pick up my granite that had already been purchased and paid for in full, make templates, and then install my granite. He also told me what he required as a down payment prior to starting the project and the balance to be paid when the job was finished. I paid the down payment and also have a receipt for this transaction. A representative from Stone Doctors set up an appointment for Mr White to come and make templates(which my husband stayed home from work to meet Mr 'White) and Mr White did not show or call. This same scenario happened several times before the templates were finally made. The standard answer was "this won't take very long - one -two weeks. After templates were made contact from Mr White to us was nil. He quit answering or returning calls.

Description of Work: They installed a granite counter top. It was to be installed to abut an existing corian top. The granite was incorrectly cut, and cracked when installed. The counter top brace was cut and not reinforced. Where the granite and corian meet it was left uneven.
