Did great job. However they didn’t double check their work and forgot to tighten up one pvc pipe under kitchen sink. Later when we used the dishwasher water went everywhere. I reported it to them and they apologized for the oversight.

They fixed my leak and toilet running. Told me my water pressure was to high and needed a water pressure valve which I knew I needed so I had them put one on.

Excellent. Called late Monday and they came early Tuesday morning on time. Work was completed in less than hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and affordable.

It was fixed in less than 10 minutes.

Everything is costly in my opinion, but it is costly. I think their cost is $95 per hour. My cost was about $130 because they put also - they changed the valve which controls the pressure of the water in the house. So it ended to be one hour and a half. They know what they're doing; they quickly fixed the problem so they did not take two hours for something which could be done in one hour. They sent an expert in plumbing. Some I used before, they don't know what they're doing or looking for or anything, but this service just get to the point, one, two, three, and solved the problem. I like that they fixed the problem and do not waste time. My interactions with them were fine and the work they did turned out good.

took care of the problem quickly and our water problem is history. We are very pleased with the service we received.

I had a leaking toilet that was becoming a major and costly issue; a local "handyman" tried repairing it (later to find out he actually made the problem worse) Randy Ewald from Scenic City came out, quickly identified a crack in a plastic under bold (broken by handyman). I was very happy with all his work and highly recommend scenic city.

The plumber had to replace almost all of the parts in all of the toilets. He was fairly quick and thorough.

They were punctual and courteous. However, when they finished, it was over $800. They didn't inform me at any time during the work that it would be that much. As a senior citizen, that was a real shock since the estimate was one fourth of that.

All work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the work areas were left clean.

Leak was repaired, price was competitive, plumber was courteous and professional. The only negative was it took 3 phone calls to the plumbing company to get an appointment and then they couldn't give me an appointment until next day

Went great. The repair was fast and professionally done. The primary serviceman was friendly and courteous. His trainee was not as friendly but was in no way disrespectful. The found the problem quickly, explained the repair work to be done, and explained there repair after they finished. I had to wait a day before they could come to my house, so myth only complaint is that I wish they had the bandwidth to make it to me on the same day I called them.

Called on a Wednesday. Explained to the lady on the phone what the issue was. I have cleaned this out twice on my own in the past and know the issue. Explained what needed to be done and what tools should be with plumber. Set appt for next day Thursday. Plumber that was going to come was still caught on other job. Sent another plumber. Turns out he didn't have the tools to clean out a 3 inch drain line with a clog approximately 8-12 feet down the line. Only had basic drain cleaning tools. Spent 2 hours assisting plumber in an unsuccessful attempt to do clear partial clog. Was billed for 2 hours of work. Plumber would annotate the invoice to send out a two man team with possible tools to clear this. Was told I would hear from office to set up time and day. waited two business days, a friday and a monday. never heard from office. I did not call them for I was told they would call me. I felt since I had wasted two hours and two days waiting for a call back from a company that had good reviews I shouldn't even call them as obviously my time is not as important as their time. So called another company, explained to them the issue. Sent plumber out same day with right tools and corrected it. Should have called that company first. Instead of the one this one. Which obviously doesn't feel that their customers time is important. Company has been in business for a while should not have stuff that falls through the cracks. you would think they would have a system to handle a call back for a follow up or additional appt.

The service provider came when they said they were going to come. Polite and professional, was in and out within 30 minutes.
