Description of Work: Scenic City guys came to the house for several different jobs. They corrected the plumbing mistakes made by a different company a contractor used during a reno. This included reinstalling a garbage disposal, replumbing the pipes under the kitchen sink and 2 bathroom sinks, and redoing the washer drain lines. |Another time they came and set up a shower pan and all the plumbing plus fixtures for a hall bath. |Another time they replaced the galvanized mishmash of lines under the house and to the septic tank. |The fellows came when they said they would which I greatly appreciated. The cost was comparable with what I had researched on line for jobs like what we needed. My front load washer never backed up again, the garbage disposal never vibrated again, the sinks all drained again, and the septic tank worked like the under house plumbing was brand new ( which it was!) I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: They checked and fixed plumbing, slow drains, noisy pipes and installed a thermal expansion tank on the water heater. Randy & Travis (not kidding!) were very friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions to keep our plumbing in tip top shape.

Description of Work: Pressure reduction valve went bad which caused hot water heater pressure relief valve to trigger. Big mess. Scenic city came out within a couple of hours and quickly identified the problem, fixed all, including some extras like adjusting the vent on our gas hot water heater and replaced the parts in the tank of 3 toilets which had been leaking. All repairs were made with parts they had on their truck, no running to the store. They cleaned up their mess, and took their trash with them. Bo and Travis did a great job for us, we are very very pleased.

Description of Work: Two things impressed me: |1. That you are sent the name, picture and profile of the man who will service your door. Have never seen anything like that and it sure raises their credibility in my eyes. |2. The professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Barry who came out. He's the 3rd person I've had look at the door and the first one to clearly diagnose and explain what was happening . . . and sadly, how a previous repair man had actually set some things up in the reverse direction.
