Description of Work: I called them to describe the problem that I was having with my septic system. They were honest enough to tell me that my problem was outside the scope of what they could solve so they recommended another company for me to contact. Description of Work: New Air Conditioner purchased and installed by them stopped working. | |They came out and said the drain was full and emptied the drain $120.00. | |About a week later, the Unit again quit working. | |Serviceman came out and cleaned the drain and mentioned that the motor might be on their recall list. | |The Air Conditioner quit again last weekend and they came out and replaced the Thermostat for a chage of $280.00.
