On 3rd February 2009, at about five in the evening, we noticed a puddle of water on our garage floor. Upon further examination we discovered that water was leaking from the our hot water boiler. We assumed that it was a faulty overflow valve and consulted Angie's' List for a plumbing company. We telephoned 4 companies of the ones listed, and finally chose Scenic City Plumbing because of the manner in which they posed questions in order to guage the severity of our problem, Mr. Jeff Logan then proceed to tell us what the causes of the problem might be, and what the charges to rectify them were. When we asked when he expected to be able to send someone to our house to repair our boiler, he said that he would have someone there at 09:00 the next morning. At 08:29 we received a telephone call from John- one of his employees who said he was on his way to our house. John arrived a few minutes later and set to work without much ado. He asked a number of pointed questions and by the manner in which he proceeded to work, one could not help but admire his professionalism. An hour later, the problem with our hot water boiler was a thing of the past. What impressed us most was that John did not try and sell us something we did not require. Finally, when we were presented with the bill, we were pleasantly surprised by how little we were charged; we had expected to pay much more!!!

A few weeks ago I discovered that I had a leak in my kitchen sink drain, also one of my toilets had had a slow leak for several months. I called on Monday and set the work up for first thing Tuesday. They called beforehand, showed up exactly on time and were in/out in less than an hour repairing both problems, as well as another minor repair on my sink. I had also asked about something to clean my drains, which they had on the truck and left with me to use on a monthly basis. Both workers were professional and courteous.

He is was very good I was very pleased with him. They were very prompt they were here with in a few hours. They were on time and on task the whole time got the job done and was out.

They did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with and kind and polite. They were very helpful and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend them and used them again.

The repairman arrived in less than an hour after my original call. He took care of the broken flange and both stoppers quickly. I liked that he had all the tools and replacement parts on hand and available. Both he and the person who took my original call were courteous, informed, and professional. We had actually turned the water off to our commode weeks before and avoided calling a plumber for as long as possible just to keep from dealing with it. Live and learn. We are completely happy with our experience with Scenic City Plumbing and have given their name to several of our friends in the event they need a plumber in the future.

I called them about 1:00PM and they had someone here in about 2 hours. Derrick was very polite and efficient and even put covers on his shoes so he wouldn't soil the carpet. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Our new house only had one bathroom, so we decided to install a new half bath in our utility room. We called Scenic City Plumbing for an estimate and they came out the next day. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We got another estimate from another company, but we decided to go with Scenic City because not only were they cheaper, but seemed more experienced. We let them know we wanted their services, and three days later they were at our house installing the bathroom. It took two guys about 6 hours to finish it. They did all the work in one day without any disruption to our lives. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience from Scenic City Plumbing.

One of the three calls I have made to Scenic City Plumbing was late in the afternoon when, after having a new roof installed, my toilets would not flush. Expecting to be put on a list for a day or so later, Judy managed to round up a pair of servicemen especially skilled in that sort of problem. The two who came were so comforting and confident that I immediately felt better, and after searching all the possibilities they came up with a total "fix". That "fix" took quite a bit of strength and perseverance but not once did they lose their wonderful good nature. I am still afraid they are too good to be true.

They repaired a leaky faucet on our bathtub. There was obviously a leak on the hot side. They repaired it and left. It become apparent latter in the day that there was a slower leak on the cold side. I contacted them the next day. They were very nice and sent someone that day and repaired the cold side at no charge. For comparison purpose, their labor rate charge was $85 per hour. They completed my job in less than one hour.

THE FIRST VISIT THEY WORKED FOR THREE HOURS AND DID NOT GET THE DRAIN UNSTOPPED; THAT WAS $303.00. THEN THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME BACK AND UNCLOGGED THE DRAIN AND DID ALL THE OTHER WORK. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 MORE HOURS. THEIR RAT IS $100.00 AN HOUR. THEY WORKED A TOTAL OF SIX HOURS AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR 5 HOURS. THEY FELT VERY BAD ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO UN CLOG THE DRAIN THE FIRST DAY. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING.

The leak got fixed but the crew had no respect for our property. For example, they did not bring canvas tarps or anything to lay their tools on. Instead, they used the top of my dryer for their tools which I had to cover for them with old towels. The crew dripped the blue cement, that was used on the pipes, on the rug and it can not be removed. Again, the crew needs to bring tarps or something to cover their work areas! The crew needed a part that they did not have, so they went to Home Depot for it. We were charged for that time as well. I wrote a letter to the owner Jeff Logan and he offered to reimburse us $50. I never received a check.
