He arrived at the agreed upon time and was prepared to go to work. He finished the requested jobs quickly and efficiently. He also asked if there was anything else he could do. It made me feel good that he didn't act rushed, and was willing to do anything else I could think of. I will absolutely call them for any plumbing jobs in the future. I already have the next job in mind.

I found Scenic City plumbing on Angie's List and chose them for their high score. I had a plumber arrive as scheduled and he replaced some fixtures, adjusted the PRV under my house and replaced a seal on my tub. He was courteous and friendly. I appreciated the time he took to complete the jobs very well. Almost one month later and things are still in great working order.

We called Scenic City Plumbing and asked if the plumber that we have used in the past (Bo) would have time to replace our toilet with another one that we had recently purchased at Lowe's. As is usually the case, an appointment was scheduled at our convenience for the next afternoon. The person that I scheduled the appointment with was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As always, Bo did an excellent job. It was a little complicated because of the flooring itself and the original toilet installation. However, it was obvious that Bo had encountered these types of situations before and he was able to easily overcome this issue. While Bo was at our home, I also asked him for information about replacing our water heater. As I expected, Bo was well versed on this subject and made me feel much better with moving forward with our plans to replace our water heater this spring. Needless to say, we will request that Bo do this work as well. We trust Bo and know that our water heater replacement will be in good hands with him managing this task. We will continue to use Scenic City Plumbing for our future needs in this area.

Both tech were courteous and explained what they were doing, answered any questions I had. The service call total was a little higher than I expected for the work done. Overall I am happy with the work and I would use the company again.

When I called, I explained that the wax seal needed to be replaced. They first sent out 1 tech to check for a leak, and he replaced the supply line. He said they needed 2 techs to replace the seal for the toilet. Therefore, they scheduled a visit for the next day to do that. I wonder why they didn't send out 2 techs the first day, since I told them the seal needed to be replaced. Other than that, the work was done quickly and professionally.

Called and was advised they could have someone out in a couple hours. About two hours later received a call from technician. He located and repaired a small leak in a pipe that carried hot water from heater. After he left I noticed we didn't have hot water. I called and he immediately returned and repaired the hot water heater.

Perfectly. I wish they could have gotten here earlier in the day but it was short notice. They did arrive at the time they told me they would.

I had tried calling a few other companies and they were booked until the following week. Then, I remembered Angie's List and called Scenic City, as they were very highly rated. They were able to come the very next morning. I had water dripping from the ceiling and knew that I must have a leak or a problem upstairs. In 10 minutes, they were able to diagnose the problem and set about fixing it. A pipe had a pinhole leak and it was just spraying water onto the ceiling. They cut the bad spot out and replaced it quickly. They were very clean (had covers for their feet, etc) and courteous. They also were not threatened by my dog (they seemed to get along fine :). The job ended up being MUCH less expensive than I EVER expected, so I'm VERY pleased!!

Very pleased with service. Bo came within 2 hours of us calling to make an appointment and quickly repaired the toilet since he had all the parts on his truck. It wasn't a terribly difficult repair, but because of the quick response, reasonable price, and friendliness of the serviceman, Scenic City will now be our go-to plumbing service.

The technicians showed up on time and completed the job in what seemed to be an accurate amount of time.I would use them again.

The person answering the calls was helpful and pleasant. Scenic City Plumbing arrived on time. I did not have to wait on them. Greg the service guy was professional and helpful. He went right to work and completed his tasks in just over an hour. He made good use of both his time and mine. I would use them again.

Over all my experience with Scenic City Plumbing was very good and I was happy with the services provided. They performed a thourogh investigation to find the problem and told me upfront what they were going to before they did it.

The job was incredibly messy. Greg and Joe had to dig down about three feet to uncover the pipe which had a 90 degree turn down under a service road. They were both incredibly muddy and we were their first service call of the day. We wish we could have found the leak ourselves, but were thankful they were able to come out and take care of it in such a resonable amount of time.

Scenic Plumbing gave us a time they would arrive and were here one minute before that time. They were quick and accurate with their work and very professional and polite. I will certainly use them next time.

The plumber was supposed to be at my house between 2 and 2:30. He didn't show up until 4:30, so I had to cancel a chiropractor appointment. Then when he finally got here, he discovered the toilet wasn't fixable and would have to be replaced. It took forever for his boss to locate the toilet I wanted and to give me a price on it. The plumber was nice and he was professional, but I was really angry he was so late.He told me the toilet was not in stock, and they would have to order it, and it should be in in approximately a week. A week and a half went by and I had heard nothing from this company. I called them to ask about it, and the secretary (who is excessively talkative) said it was ordered, it was just taking a long time to get here; she didn't know why. Another week went by and I still hadn't heard anything. It would have been nice if they had kept me informed of what was going on. Finally, almost three weeks after it was ordered, the toilet came in. This time the plumbers were here when they were supposed to be, and they took out the old toilet and replaced it with the new one fairly quickly.The plumbers were professional and polite, and they didn't leave a mess, which I very much appreciate. The reason I gave a B grade for professionalism was because of the lateness of the first plumber and the lack of communication re: why the toilet was taking so long to get here.Although my experience was less than ideal, I would probably use this company again.

I liked that they didn't over charge or take advantage of me. I felt the price was reasonable.I had a bursted frozen pipe on winter. This plumber wasn’t open on Sunday. However, what was nice was that he told me about companies that were open. He called me back the next day to confirm I was able to get someone which impressed me. They would also tell me how to eliminate that problem which they didn't have to tell me how to fix this. Ever since I started fixing this with my pipes they haven't froze. I was very impressed with them.

I've used them twice and they're great plumbers. Everyone who uses them are happy.

Our water heater quit working on a Monday evening. Called Scenic City the following morning and they said they would come out between 1 pm and 2 pm that day. The service technician (Greg) arrived at about 1:30 pm, right on time. The new heater was installed, along with an expansion tank and new ball valve. Everything went smoothly. The technician was very neat, efficient and professional. We did not give a price rating because we did not take the time to price shop - we just wanted to get a new heater right away. We do not know what other plumbers would have charged - but we were quite satisfied, especially considering the excellent service.

I have recommended then to others. They are wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. They are also friendly and polite. Their price is really good.

They charged me half the price since it was very easy to fix and I would recommend them to anybody. They are quick and focused. They know what they are doing and they also let me watch what they were doing so that the next time I could fix the issue myself. I would use them again in the future.

Arrived on time. Gave fixed price not just an estimate for the repair. Very clean and professional. Great experience overall.

Contacted Scenic Plumbing at approximately 11 am regarding a leak from a second story bathroom. I was told a plumber would be out in an hour or two to investigate the leak. At 2:30 pm called Scenic Plumbing again and was told the plumbers were delayed by another job they were working on, but that it shouldn't be too much longer. The plumbers arrived at 3:30 pm. Upon arrival, the plumbers immediately diagnosed the problem as a leaking toilet flange. They replaced the toilet flange seal and advised that the area opened in the ceiling below the leaky toilet should remain open for a few days to allow it to dry out. Two days later I called Scenic Plumbing to tell them there was still some leakage from the toilet. That afternoon the plumbers returned and identified that the toilet tank was leaking. Per the plumbers, since there was the possibility that they may have caused the tank leak, they repaired it for no charge. All in all, the plumbers were courteous. I have only provided a slightly negative score on quality, due to initially leaving the job without ensuring all leakage had stopped. Therefore, I think they could have been more thorough, but I give them props for being responsive and for taking responsibility for the issue that may have been caused by them. The slight negative score on punctuality, insn't meant for the plumbers, since they were trying to finish another job. I just think the dispatcher should have kept me upto date, without me having to call to ask the status. I think the initial service charge was inline for the investigation and repairs performed. In fact, I thought the leak was coming from the shower (since I noticed the leak immediately after the shower was used), which would have involved a much more costly repair of the bathroom wall to investigate. The Scenic plumbers dutifully performed their leak investigation, disregarding the false information that I had provided them. Therefore, I feel as though they actually saved me money. If the occasion arises, I will use Scenic Plumbing again.

They were rated really well so I went with them. They were awsome. We had a smell in our bathroom. We found out our tub drain did not have a trap on it. HE was really quick with the work. They came the same day that I called them. They were fantastic.

They were prompt and we were happy with their work. We would use them again in the future.
