Every time I have had to have plumbing work done, I call Scenic City Plumbing. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and do excellent work. The water flow in my house was very poor because of buildup in the pipes, so they replaced the pipes underneath my house and yard. They did the work in a timely manner so I would not be inconvenienced for very long. I have always been very happy with the plumbing work they have done for me.

Technician was professional and courteous. Identified and resolved the problem quickly to keep the cost at a minimum. This was the first time I've contacted Scenic City Plumbing, but it will not be my last if I need plumbing needs in the future.

As usual, the technician completed the repair quickly . After the repair he inspected all the other copper lines in the basement. All were ok, but he found a leak in the incoming PVC line which he repaired. His diligence and "going the extra mile" saved me an untold amount of trouble and $.

Excellent service, prompt and reasonable

Had to first fix the leak, and then replace the faucet, which is probably close to as old as the house. Also had to replace some of the pipes. Normally, our caretaker does these type of jobs, but he did not know how to do this one, and obviously, neither did I. Scenic City is great. They handled the whole thing and the price was very reasonable.

Gary arrived earlier than scheduled which for us was great. He was friendly and professional. Completed the job as quickly as he could and was very accommodating to our personal issues. Not only did we enjoy having him in our home, but his friendliness towards our child was very appreciated. We will definitely use Scenic City Plumbing again if we ever need any more help.

Scenic City Plumbing is the BEST of the BEST. No hot water, so called Scenic and they arrived promptly that same morning. Gary quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts readily available on the truck (a Big Truck), and fixed it promptly. Gary is the BEST. And the front office with Shelly and Suzanne do an outstanding job too, seeing to the customer’s needs and getting you help ASAP. I have used Scenic City is the past - and they continue to be the VERY BEST, and always do a TOTALLY OUTSTANDING job. Do yourself a favor, and call Scenic.

Arrived within 45 minutes of call. Great initial customer service! VERY knowledgeable, personable and professional. All work was done quickly and efficiently and leak around tub was diagnosed as a non-plumbing problem, with good advise on how to fix. Overall excellent experience! Shannon cleaned the air circulation filter and explained the issue is coming from lint clogging the filter (my dryer vents into my garage). Very timely response and efficient service. Professional and solved issue quickly.

Very pleased with the entire process. First time using Angie's List. Professional and timely service. My clog was extremely severe, requiring work both inside the home as well as under the house. Work completed within an hour. Job itself was a messy one. When the plumber left, he had cleaned under the sink cabinet with bleach and put eveything back in its place. It was like he was never here.
