I called after hours and they called me back first thing the next morning. Told me someone would be out in about 5 hours. They were early, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up (as well as could be expected in the mud puddle the leak caused). Will definitely call them again.

Great!! They showed up in a very short time when we called with an emergency. They fixed the blown valve on our hot water heater in a matter of minutes! Also gave us a couple of estimates on future jobs. They were very professional and did a great job!

I contacted Scenic City Plumbing to fix our problem. After explaining our situation, they dispatched a technician the same day. The plumber was knowledgable and professional. He quickly identified and fixed our problem. The job was completed in less than 3 hours form the time I contacted them. I would recommend and use them again.

They arrived on time and replaced cartridge in kitchen faucet that had been dripping. Also replaced a filter in our hot/cold faucet...and checked an outside spigot as well. They were friendly and worked very efficiently...would definitely use again.

We discovered one of our toilets was leaking into garage when flushed. Called Scenic City Plumbing on Monday afternoon and to arrange service. They told me they could be out sometime Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, Jeff, the owner, stopped by for a quick inspection to determine if crew would need any special equipment or supplies. He believed it was just the wax seal gone bad. About a hour later, the crew of 2 (Greg and David) arrived. They confirmed the wax ring seal problem and noted some of the toilet's inner parts were wearing. I had them fix both issues. They were very careful and neat. They were able to perorm the work and test in under one hour. They were very professional and informative. I would recommend Scenic City for your plumbing needs. Total charge was $114, reduced to $94 with school coupon.

I have used this vendor before and was very satisfied. I was trying Angie's list and wanted to see the value. The first vendor I called was very expensive and charged for the free estimate. I should have gone with the people that have done good work for me in the past. I called Jeff at Scenic City and he came right out and really gave a free estimate. They did the job, cleaned up and planted grass seed where they had to dig. After they left there was the sound of water running. I called and Jeff sent someone right over. I was told what the problem was and that it was not related. Later that day I got a call from Jeff the owner. He had gone out to verify the problem. He called me to tell me that the problem was misdiagnosed and it was a much smaller problem, it was just a bad supply valve on the toilet. He did not have to do that and I greatly appreciate that he did. His honesty saved me lots of money and bought him a customer from now on. If you need a honest plumber, call Scenic City, I am very happy with their service and professionalism.

They were very professional and thoroughly explained everything that was to be done. They were also very accommodating and always showed on time on the days we requested.

We had a mystery leak under our kitchen sink (long story) ... it turned out to be the faucet itself falling apart, partly due to a terrible installation by the previous owners. Rather than simply replace the faucet, the guys from Scenic City had to remove the whole sink - and then chisel down into the granite to create room for the fixture - as the previous owners hadn't cut a big enough hole for the sink itself, and had chiseled back into the counter ... but they'd done so poorly, and hadn't left the right kind of room. The plumbers were professional and pleasant, and showed me what was going on every step of the way. They were even very nice to my dog, who kept getting underfoot....

I needed to have my back flow device tested and they were able to do it same day. Very flexible in rescheduling. Service person came at the time expected and did the job just fine. Very professional and courteous.

We had used Scenic City Plumbing on a previous occasion and were very happy with their service, so they were our first choice when these new matters came up. They once again proved to be the right choice. From the office staff that took my call, to the technicians that performed the work, these folks were friendly, courteous and professional. On our first project, the plumber had gotten delayed on a previous job but the office called to make me aware of the situation and asked if we were still okay time-wise. We were, so he arrived shortly and took care of our problem very quickly. He also gave me a rough estimate of another job that we needed to have done. I scheduled an appointment for the next week for this. Once again, the office called to confirm that we were still okay for the technician to arrive. He showed up exactly when they said he would. He quickly went about his work and had everything finished in no time. He very kindly checked on a small problem that I presented to him at the last minute. He fixed that as well. The people at Scenic City Plumbing have repeatedly done a great job for us. They do very good work at very reasonable prices and I would recommend them to anyone.

The woman in the office has been polite and helpful both times we have hired this company. In each case the men were professional, prompt, and ready to explain exactly what they were doing. In March, the problem was a sound in the wall that I thought was water dripping but turned out to be a noise the PVC pipes make. The workman was patient in explaining the situation to this sceptical customer. The previous visit was to replace an outside faucet. That plumber did an excellent job. He showed me the welding--which was beautiful-- before he closed the wall and then offered to patch the drywall. I could not have asked for better service in either visit.

They have very helpful and have not only fixed my problems but explained clearly what those problems were and why they did what they did. I won't hesitate to call them again for plumbing problems.

Technician came and easily could have told me I needed a new garbage disposal. Instead he was able to complete a very minor repair, which fixed the disposal and the clog. Very polite, friendly and professional.

They came when they said they would. And did what they said they woud do and then got out.

The technicians are very professional, do exceptional work and arrive on schedule.

We called Saturday morning. They advised they could be there around noon, but actually arrived at 11:00. Cleared the sewer, and did not try to sell additional services. We were pleased with the service.

I had issues with water pressure, leaks in sinks and toilets in my bathrooms, issues with temp. adjustment in my shower and 'scum' in my lines.

All of my plumming was running very very slowly. I got on the computer and looked up Angie's List. Went to plumming and found just the one. They came out right away. It took the gentleman maybe 15 minutes to find the problem. Witnin about 30 minutes he had the problem fixed. No more problems. Thank you so much for your help.
