They were very punctual and professional they did a FANTASTIC job and put a tag on the pipe with their name and number on it. And they stand by their work! We will call them again for future plumbing jobs!!

When they come out, they know what the problem is and they have the parts to fix it. I’ve never had to call them to come back out on any problems I’ve hired them for. They are very knowledgeable and they also don’t mind explaining things.

Greg was exactly on time and very polite. He was friendly with our dogs (who were very excited and a little jumpy, they always love 'company', and they are big dogs) and two of our cats that were interested in what he was doing. He was able to completely clear 3 of our drains which were VERY bad, and he did them quickly. The last drain which was for our washer was more difficult and he did everything he could for it, but had to recommend a little more work than I was willing to do right then (running a new pipe, or at the very least getting into the wall to see what is going on there. We're on a concrete slab so there was no getting to the pipe). What he did for the washer drain, though, has made a MASSIVE improvement to it and we can at least use it now a lot easier than we were able to before then. Greg was a joy to have in the house, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. We have definitely found the plumbing company we will use for everything in the future, and will go to them when we're ready to permanently fix our washer drain issue.

Excellent job. The crew showed up on time, actually slightly ahead of time and were very professional. I was kept informed of the progress at every step of the work. The job was done neatly and they cleaned up and hauled away the old heater and scrap materials.

Bo arrived on time. Measured the floor for the ruff opening for the new toilet. Removed the old toilet, wheeled it to the garage going out the back door around the house and into the garage. Placed the new toilet. Then check the new shower head and temperature control (not put in by Scenic City Plumbing). Found that the contractor had placed the valve in up side down and now the cold water mark is hot and the hot water mark is cold. It would have required removal of the new ceramic tile on the shower side or cutting a hold in the dry wall on the outside of the shower. We opted to just get use to the temperature control. Bo was efficient and courteous. Would use them again if needed (maybe someday to remove the drywall).

Little late on arrival. However, I called at noon and they got hear by 4:00. Not bad for last minute decision to call. Very neat and clean. In and out very fast. Cleaned up after himself.

they were on-time, polite, knowledgable and quick. Quickly found that our heater was leaking due to bad pressure value instead of backflow installation from city. overall top notch service, would call again in a second.

He couldn't find anything and said it was most likely potato peels (I didn't know those were h****** disposals!) Their work is guaranteed so if we do have problems again, they will come out and fix it for free.

He was careful and thorough. It was good.

Mr Kerby who came was very helpful and professional. Only issue was "punctuality", Scenic City, does not give set time nor window of time when their specialist may come. I understand their reasons somewhat, but very inconvenient when you are a busy person... I watched almost 3 movies when I was waiting for Technician on that day.

We paid $2500 to have it all done. It seemed high to me in that we used our vacation money to have the work done, but I'm glad that it is behind us as we have had problems with the plumbing ever since we had an addition to the house two years ago.

Everything is flowing as it should.

The men who came provided excellent service. They were very friendly and explained the problem in detail as well as the solution. I called and they came out the same day within hours. My plumbing was no longing backing up when they left an I haven't had any problems since.

The work turned out fine. They were prompt. I had purchased the disposal myself and he installed it rather quickly. It was not made for a switch environment, but he switched it over and made it work.

They did a great job! He came and completed the repair. He was very professional. I am very satisfied with them and it was a good experience.

It worked out great. There were two men who showed up for work and they arrived exactly on time. They were efficient and clean. They completed the work in a matter of a few minutes, cleaned up after themselves, and then they were gone.

The job only took them about five minutes. They showed up when they were supposed to. He was polite and professional. He even explained to me what to do if the same problem occurred in the future.

I had another plumbing company assigned to me by a warranty company. After giving me an estimate 2 weeks later he had not started the job. I found Scenic City Plumbing on Angies List and the reviews were great and I agree. I will use this company again. Hopefully not soon.

It was a Saturday. They came within two hours. Very professional, he wore shoe covers in the house. Very personable and he knew his plumbing.

Their pricing is competitive. And, their service is exemplary. In every way they are top shelf. I have been using them for over 15 years.

Everything went very well. Mr. Bo appeared on time and inspected the entire water system, making repairs as I approved. I also received a thank you card from the company, which is unusual, isn't it?

Shannon and David came and assessed the situation. It seemed like they had to dig to China. But they preserved our grass and, at the end, put it back in place. They took out the part of the pipe that leaked and replaced it with stronger PVC and an expandable coupling. Shannon and David were congenial, courteous, and professional.
