Jerry McDowell was prompt and came at time requested. Was very courteous, clean, and wasted no time in doing the Fall Service on my Heating Unit. His price was fair and he performed the service in a timely manner. Very satisfied overall with this company.

Daniel Thurman was recommended by my real estate agent, and I am grateful to have found a HVAC repairman I can totally trust. On a hot day, workmen were digging next to my AC return units and they sparked a wiring disconnect that caused the AC to emit hot air. When I called Daniel, to my amazement he said he could be at my house **within three hours** -- and he was!!! He fixed the problem in 20 minutes, for a $70 service visit fee: great service, fair deal. I knew the units were overdue for cleaning and servicing, so we arranged for him to come back out the next day, which he did at the appointed hour. Spent over an hour cleaning and servicing both units thoroughly for $120, didn't "find" any problems that weren't there, and both units have been running great. Daniel is a good man, very pleasant to do business with, helpful in answering questions. I recommend him highly and without hesitation.

A close friend recommended that I call Scenic Air Solutions when I started having trouble with my 19 year old heat pump. Soon after I called their office, Jerry McDowell came out and added some Freon to the system. While he was here I asked about the cost of replacing the unit due to age and the Freon leak. He explained the different units his company could install, and after I told him what I wanted, he scheduled the installation. About a week after Mr. McDowell was at the house, he called and set up the install the same afternoon. Several men from the company came out and had the job done in several hours. Daniel Thurman came out later to finish up and make sure everything was working properly. The men from Scenic Air were all very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their AC/Heat unit. They did what they said they would do at the price that was quoted to me. I'm very pleased with the unit they installed. I noticed that their category is listed as Gas Logs. I think HVAC would be a better descriptive category.

Scenic Air Solutions was a very reliable, fair, honest company and did not lie to me or try to sell me something that I did not need. They came out later the same day after I had Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning Co. here telling me that my A/C was completely out of freon & that it would cost $647.67 to inject dye and 11 lbs. R22 freon to find where the leak in the system was. Reliable had told me that later, the dye & freon would have to be removed & new freon put in unit after the leak was found & fixed, costing approximately the same amount. Reliable also told me that it might be better just to replace the unit (which was 10 yrs. old) for $3,650.00. Makes me want to NOT even use Angie's List if the ratings are so wrong on this Reliable Htg. & Air Conditioning Company. Maybe I just got an unscrupulous repairman from this company; but I would never, ever trust them again. Scenic Air saved me from making a terrible, expensive mistake from an unreliable A/C company, Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning Co. I can't believe that Angie's List has this Reliable Htg. & A/C Co. rated overall an "A", which is why I called them in the first place. What a horrible misleading report this company has on Angie's List. The card that SCENIC AIR SOLUTIONS left me shows address as: Harrison, TN 37341; but when I entered their name on Angie's List, it showed: "Ooltewah, TN 37363" which is different from the card left me, I hope this Review is for the correct Scenic Air Solutions company shown on their card as "Harrison, TN 37341".
