Description of Work: Ed came and did a thorough home inspection for pests and treated for common critters. We hadan unexpected house guest shortly thereafter and were afraid it indicated an infestation, and he promptly came out to investigate and provide additional treatment at no charge. We were not concerned that he had missed something during the original service, but rather not enough time had passed to kill everything in sight - this spider closely resembled a large brown recluse and we wanted to make sure there was nothing we had to do specifically for these things given our small children. He confirmed that it was in fact not a recluse, but provided additional coverage at no charge. In addition, Ed is also a home inspector and while doing the extermination, kept a close eye out for items of concern. He pointed out a number of things our original home inspector had missed (we had just move-in the week prior) to include a potentially disasterous structural issue with our deck. Thanks Ed!
