QUALITY TREE SERVICE

Although the initial contact was a little slower in coming than I expected following my purchase, once he came out, he was very professional and worked with us on adding the stump grinding for a minimal additional charge. The tree removal was scheduled within a few days of his initial visit to the house and when they came out, they dropped the tree within one or two cuts. The tree came down and they cleaned up the entire job within 45 minutes. Unless you knew that a tree had been there previously, you would never know. They left absolutely no mess (no leaves, branches, twigs, etc) - it was absolutely spotless! I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that I know who needs any type of tree service. Great company with extremely pleasant owners and employees. Great job!!!

Had a tree fall across my driveway, and came to rest on my truck. The white pine was about 30 feet tall, and around a foot in diameter at the base. Called these guys for an estimate. I was expecting a bit smaller number for the size of tree, but I really just wanted it gone. I agreed to the price and they started work upon returning with their haul away rig. I was especially curious as to how they were going to cut up the tree without doing further damage to my truck, so I watched from the garage. They were very careful and got the job done quickly, about an hour and a half. They loaded all of the tree on the their trailer and hauled it away. They even used a blower as a finishing touch. I was thrilled to have the tree gone without further damage to my truck, but would have been delighted overall if the price was more reasonable.

We are immensely satisfied with the service provided. John Green and his crew, in addition to Chattanooga Crane with whom they have worked for years, removed a 4 ft wide tree that was about 15 feet from our house. It had a very large canopy, overhanging the house. We obtained 3 estimates and choose Quality Tree based on 3 things: a) prior referral, b) John's demeanor and c) John's knowledge. The margin for error with this job was so incredibly slim. Every branch cut had to be delicately maneuvered near and around our house then laid like a feather in our or our neighbors yard (John cleared the need to enter their yard with our neighbor). No part of the tree touched the house or so much as another smaller tree or bush in our yard. They used rubber tires to protect the curb and plywood to protect the yard when the crane truck entered our yard (Yard looks fine now btw). Their cleanup was immaculate in both our yard and our neighbor's yard - you could not tell they had been there - not a blade of grass out of place. I found myself whispering "impressive" as I watched. John who is the individual who gave us the quote and met with us for an hour to discuss, was also the guy in the tree subject to the greatest risk. He knew exactly where to cut the branches so the balance as the limb broke loose was just right so as to avoid flopping on our house. Prior to hiring Quality Tree, John met with us for an hour to answer all of our questions. He was as humble as they come despite how well he knows the business. We'd hire Quality Tree again in a heartbeat.

I liked them. They were here when they were suppose to be and that's what counts.

A crew of three young men arrived on time and performed the work in a prompt and professional manner. They were courteous and personable. The poplar was only six feet from one corner of the house and there is a plum tree near the center of the yard. The trees fell exactly where they wanted them to fall, away from the house and missing the plum tree that I did not want damaged. They cleaned the yard thoroughly, removing every twig.

Overall it went well. It was a good experience. They came and did what they said they were going to do and then they were gone. I didn't have any problems. They were professional. They were pretty good with the clean-up afterwards. It was fairly expensive, but I was pleased with their service. They cut down the tree and hauled it away. They didn't do any stump grinding. They took it down really low though, so it was not a problem. There was not enough of stump. They didn't actually grind the stump. I would use them again in the future.

Over all I was very pleased with their services.

Work was performed exactly to expectation, very friendly service, cleanup was excellent.
