Overall, this was a very bad experience. We had an agreement based on number plants to be planted, rock landscaping with small boulder placement, mulching, removal of plants and trimming of existing shrubs and trees. The number of plants planted was less than what was agreed on. They were also planted extremely close the foundation of the home and no logic to placement. Leftover plants were "donated" and planted without our permission and WE had to remove them due to the illogical location of placement. The rock landscaping was not done to the agreement. The shrubbery trimming was done by a machete and trimmings were left on the ground and not cleaned up. We were told they would be carefully pruned. The trimming of the dogwood tree was also done by machete, not carefully pruned as well. Upon completion we asked Mike to come back to review our concerns. He stood us up and said he would take us to court (we don't even know why-we never said we would not pay him, we just wanted to discuss our concerns). He cut off ALL communication. We didn't have a finalized invoice to know what the payment was. Within a few weeks, we were contacted by phone by his attorney who demanded immediate payment. We still had no invoice. In the end, we had to hire an attorney and settle. We do not recommend this company for any work. Mike was unprofessional in regards to quotes, responsiveness after completion of job and payment.

They are probably the most professional crew I have every dealt with. They know what they are doing and I would never hesitate to call them for anything outside.

Mike worked soo soo hard at getting our business. Gave us a quote, came out several times to look it over and talk it over with us. As soon as we told him we were going to go with him and give him our 6k he stopped talking with us. Tried calling him several times. Some times he called back promptly and said he would again be in touch. Broken promises. I have given up. Good luck getting them to do any work for you.

I had some yard trouble that I wanted checked out so I contacted this firm based on a web search. Their site looked good as did their work. I sent an email through their Contact Us and outlined my yard problem. I did get a response asking for pictures which I sent. A couple of days later I received a response noting that they would like to come out. I gave them a day and time and didn't hear back and that was approximately 11 days ago. General lack of response. Not professional, if you can't make it or don't want the gig then simply say we can't do it, no time, whatever the case.
