Description of Work: I signed up for quarterly pest service at a rental property I own. The cost of the visit was $104.00 and they actually billed me instead of asking that I pay up front! I like that! Prompt service and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: The inspection took place Jan 2011, for Termites. report stated no signs of Termites. We moved in June 2011. Called another Pest Control Company as we had ants in Kitchen Sept 2011. Our home was inspected and treated for ants and upon further inspection it was noticed the wood by our steps was rotted. The inspector cracked the wood and large termites were very visible. Actually he was surprised that this piece of wood which is noticeable when walking into our home was not noted on the report before we moved in. I went thru our moving paperwork and saw this was Jody Millard. While it showed a thorough inspection inside, it clearly stated no visible signs of termites anywhere outside also.
