Description of Work: They built a deck with cable railing. Some of it didn't hold and they would not come to repair it. While here they were great. The patio and pergola they built was great. The foreman, Ricky has great attention to detail. The owner, tho, doesn't stand by his work. Also, he did work on my sprinkler. It had a leak but he didn't go the extra mile to find it. I hired someone else who found it and repaired it. Would not hire Fine lines or Brock Olsen again

+ 0 moreThe tune-up went great, although it took several tries to get someone out to do the work. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and knowledgeable. I might use them again in the fall to aerate and reseed my lawn... but, only if they show up on the first scheduled appointment.

Description of Work: Fine Lines completed a portion of the original agreed upon work and the work was well done. However, the company had to be called to return to complete the concrete cleaning, which had been part of the original agreement along with work on our irrigation system. Then the company had to be called again to complete the irrigation work and a date to have that work completed was agreed to. The initial payment of $2,000.00 had already been made. The contact person with the company did not answer any phone calls after missing the work deadline date by several day. Messages were left on the voice-mail for the office phone number and no return phone calls were received from that number either. After several calls, and learning that employees were leaving the company due to questionable practices, we left a final message at the business advising the remaining services were no longer required. We found a reliable company to complete the irrigation work and we would not recommend Fine Lines to anyone.

+ -1 moreI gave this provider a "C" overall because apparently if they actually do any work they do a decent job. I wanted to support this small local company and so purchased a "Big Deal" in order to give them a try. I was disappointed to have phoned them three times over the course of three days without ever receiving the courtesy of a return phone call. If I have to work that hard to communicate with a provider without any apparent effort on the provider's part then it is clear that they are not a good fit for me. I cancelled the "Big Deal" for this service and will search for a more professional alternative.

+ 0 moreI called the number listed and a very professional young gentleman answered. We agreed upon a time for an eximate and he met my Opposite S** Life Partner for the estimate. My OSLP and Brock spoke in detail and packages in lawn care are available as well s a la carte. Brock emailed us an estimate and we agreed upon the work. It was done brilliantly and efficiently. We have OSLP's Mama also using Fine Lines, and he is less expensive than her previous lawn care provider. Thanks Brock and Fine Lines! We will see you again soon.

+ -1 moreThey did not use the right color mulch that was agreed upon, they did not recess the brick edging so it fell over. They promised to do some cleanup work on a small area around the mailbox but did a half way job. They came back and used spikes to temporarily hold it up and promised to come back and finish. They came over and we discussed what was going to be done to make up happy in mid June but have not returned after promising to get the work done by July 4. They did some work removing trees that went pretty well but this was very unproffessional. We asked for some additional plants realizing we would have to pay for them. They cannot be depended on.
Description of Work: Remove old bushes in front and plant many new new plants in a very long bed, expand and make a shapely front planting area. Clean up bed around front of mailbox, clean up beds in back. Install brick edging around beds in front and back.
