Dave is very professional, honest, and he does what he says he is going to do! If weather or something comes up that is going to prevent him from being on the job he will call or text and explain why there needs to be a delay or an issue-there are no surprises! I plan on using Dave's Masonry again for another project this summer-and I have recommended him to 2 of my close friends who are also planning on using him for jobs. We have received several comments from our neighbors and people just driving by the house about how good the work Dave and his team did, we are very happy with the way the walls turned out-it has upgraded the entire look of the house and yard!! The stair treads went in without a problem. Dave and his masonry team were prompt and did an exceptional job removing and replacing the busted up stairs. The work on the fireplace went as expected and as committed. A problem did arise when one of Dave's workers put a finishing coat of water sealer no the stone. The intent was that this would provide a seal and enhance the color of the stone. Unfortunately, the worker did not know how to do this and he significantly over applied the sealer. This resulted in the stone losing all of its color and becoming a washed out gray. The sealer was applied so thickly that after 2 weeks, it still had not dried and the stone was also sticky, as well as being cloudy gray. Dave stood by his work and removed and replaced the entire fireplace at no cost to us. While I was not happy about having to deal with the whole project over, I was quite happy that Dave was professional, honest, and stood by his product. Also, we did not have the mantel to install at the time and it took about 4 months to find the mantel and get it installed. Dave came back out after this and finished up final touches. Again, while the job had some challenges, the final product is excellent, Dave stood by his work and provided us with a beautiful fireplace and front stairway entrance. There are not many contractors in this world that are this honest and committed to making his customer happy.

Dave and his workers arrived in the morning and quickly rebuilt the damaged section of wall. It was a great match to the existing wall. I also appreciate the fact that Dave cared as much about my needs as he would if it had been a major job.

He did an incredible job. Very professional. His workers were friendly also. He placed tarp down to protect my brick side walk and also the new concrete driveway from being damaged.
