I had an exceptional experience with Crider Landscaping and its owner, John Crider. The team not only maintained my lawn immaculately but also transformed my outdoor space. The installation of new sod in the front yard gave it a fresh, vibrant look. John’s expertise in landscape design and installation in the backyard created a visually stunning and functional space. Remarkably, they rectified errors left by a previous landscaping company when installing a new patio around my pool. The attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make Crider Landscaping my top choice for comprehensive landscaping services.

I contacted the service provider several times and he would never get back to me to schedule service. Had to request a refund through Angie's List. The whole ordeal took about 60 days to get my money back. Would not use again.

"[Member Name Removed], Apologies on this. This is exactly why I quit paying Angies List for marketing. My "account manager" ran this "Big Deal" without my approval and then I was expected to drop what I was doing during my busiest time of the year. I have cancelled any additional marketing relationship with Angies List as I understand this is frustrating to you and was also frustrating to myself. If you still wish to receive these services please contact me and I will see what we can do for you. Angies List dropped the ball on you and me both and this is a prime example of why I cancelled my marketing contracts with them. Apparently Angies List has recently changed their software as well as their business model and this has led to frustrations with both Clients and Contractors. I am quite displeased with the fact that I have received poor ratings due to Angies Lists failures to relay information to us as well as schedule "Big Deals" without our approval. Unfortunately we were not able to work you in as it was our busiest time of the year and your property was not in our immediate service area. We did not even know that any a "Big Deal was being ran until we received an email from you expressing your frustration with not hearing from us. Angies List did inform me that because I was not running on ios (iphone), and instead of being on andriod is the reason I was not receiving any information from their app. This conversation occurred in the fall when I was getting similar emails from people expressing that they purchased a big deal (that I did authorize), and they had not heard from me. When I called Angies List I was then sent a screenshot email that had several peoples information that had purchased, and that's also when I was informed of their system changes. They did a great job and in less time than I anticipated even though the soil had to be hauled in a wheelbarrow for quite a distance. They arrived well prepared and I was pleased with the results!

John was short handed due to the time of the year that this install was required and worked extraordinary hard with just himself and one helper to get this project done in a timely fashion. I was impressed with his work ethic, dedication to doing the job right and his friendly/professional attitude.

If you are looking forlandscape service or help with your flower beds then Crider Landscaping. They recently completed a makeover for our front and back areas plus some potted plants. The whole process was professional, they were accessible and responsive.
There was service before and during the job and follow-up after completion. We received two compliments on our landscape the very same evening. Crider Landscaping exceeded expectations and they made sure we were happy with the work. We will be repeat customers.
