+ -1 moreWe first contacted Ray of WIN inspections via email and he responded in less than 24 hours, answering all of my questions and providing the sample report I requested. He was professional, polite, and very respectful of privacy when giving us a sample report (he removed the actual address and name of the person that sample report had been for). We hired him and he completed the inspection and sent us the report via email only a couple of hours after completing the inspection. I sent him two emails after getting the report with questions that I had, and he addressed them all. We were very happy with the service he provided, despite never getting the chance to meet him.
Description of Work: We are buying a home and hired Ray to perform an Extended Full Home Inspection. Since my husband and I live out of state and were not going to be able to be there for the inspection, we wanted somebody professional, with good communication skills and fast response time. Ray was excellent in providing all that.
