+ 1 moreAs the head of our household I called to schedule an estimate for a master bath remodel and was told that unless my husband was present they would not come to the house. In today's day and age it is completely unacceptable to tell a woman she is not qualified or able to make a decision to enter into a remodeling contract without her husband's input. This is an antiquated and discriminatory policy. I am the homeowner, and it's my name on the check and the decision making process used in our PRIVATE family household is NONE OF YOUR CONCERN. This type of policy makes it obvious that you were going to be using the old "close in one day" pitch?also a red flag of bad business. I certainly understand that from your point of view it's far more convenient and productive if both spouses are present, but when a customer tells you with absolute certainty that they are 100% responsible for all remodeling and financial decisions in the household that's when your convenience should take a back seat and the customer's preference should become your top priority.
Description of Work: Answer phone, DENY appointment due to my spouse not wanting to take time off his job to be present.

+ -1 moreThe conversion was completed on time and in a professional manner. The customer and home are treated with respect and care. I would have written this review earlier, but I wanted to see how they are with any follow-up issues. They really stand behind their workmanship and guarantee.
Description of Work: We had a complete shower conversion. The tub was very old and it was a difficult job. Jim was fantastic. He worked very hard with a sense of urgency in getting the job done on schedule, and was very professional. I'm very pleased with the completed project and would recommend them without hesitation. If you have a question, the office staff is very friendly and helpful, and will always return your call in a timely manner. I've had them out to touch-up a few minor issues. They stand behind their work and guarantee. For me, follow-up is just as important as the job itself. Well done!!!
