Some clients can obviously not be pleased. After hauling carpet out of her home she purchased from habitat for humanity, storing it, and finally disposing of it at our cost at no expense to her. She continually had our installation schedule upside down, changing her date at least 6 times. When changing her last date, she was told that because our schedule was overwhelming, we would have to come and go randomly to meet her then, hurried time frame. Between her 1st and 2nd order, her husband tore thresholds out and changed the measurement of the flooring. We ordered measured rolls for her job. She was told that when we came back for the second install, we would handle the thresholds. He changed them and ruined the entire layout of the floor, it look very unprofessional. The installer asked them not to touch anything. He told the customer that he would be able to join the two types of flooring when he did the second install. The client decided to take up the transition, and remove parts of the flooring necessary to join the two materials together. The installer did the best he could with the damage done by the customer. The installer did all he could to please the customer while at the job. The clients mother approached him several times while he was installing the job and spoke to him very disrespectfully, cursing at him and raising her voice. One several occasion he asked her to please stop talking to him with such disrespect to no avail. Our company tried as best we could to accommodate this clients ever changing schedule, even running our installer to the point of exhaustion. We gave this client deep discount to try and help her improve the quality and value of her home. To us, her job was a complete success. She got all of her needs met and we allowed her to take full advantage of our kindness, by treating our installer with disrespect, changing the flooring layout, making us jump through hoops to get her job done with her unreasonable schedule changes, and now, she has given us a bad review on Angie's List. I feel as though our company went above and beyond to meet this lady's needs. I am very disappointed to know, that after all of our efforts, she is still completely unhappy. I guess there are some folks who cannot be satisfied no matter, how much time, and money you have spent on them.
