Description of Work: Maynard Construction recently put on a new roof on 2 of my rental properties. They took off the old roofs, repaired/replaced any rotten wood, put on the new roofs, plus tore off and replaced the gutters. They even painted the new wood they put up before it was installed (which was good because some of the wood isn't easily accessible afterwards). They did a beautiful job. They were professional, had great communication with me and charged a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for your exterior wood repair, roofing and gutter needs.

Description of Work: The roofing went OK, except for them making dents in my gutters with their ladders and leaving debris in the yard when they were finished. What caused my disappointment was that included in the $4450.00 was an assurance that the leak in my chimney at the roof level would be fixed. It was not, and this cost me an additional $644.17 on 12/4/12 to repair damages that appeared after Mr. Maynard said it was fixed and then another $3000.00 to repair the chimney correctly.

 + -1 moreDan was very nice to talk to ,he set everything up gave us the estimate and his guys showed on time worked hard for a day and half ,were very polite and cleaned the yard and drive before leaving. They ran the magnet in the yard several times to pick up any nails . It was nice to have a professional but personable experience from the time we made the first phone call. Dan Maynard Construction will have all our business when needed.
