Brandy took me through the process from design to install. It took longer than I would have liked but the delay was waiting for the contractor to have an open date. Once a time was scheduled for install everything was done when promised. All the contractors were respectful of myself and my property. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen.

After numerous confirmations, the schedule installer does no show up. Everyone at the store has washed their hands of the problem, literally saying and quot;I'm not the installerand quot;. It seems to me that this charge on my credit card begs to differ. All in all, their installed sales service has been a terrible experience. Slow, unavailable and now this -- no-show on the day of installation and nobody seems to be willing to correct the situation. Avoid the inevitable disappointment and look elsewhere.

They did a good job except for I had a request for them to put it 6" off the ground for water to flow underneath, and they did not. We went in and told them and they came back out and fixed it.

They found a store that carried the vinyl tile I was looking for and phoned me the next day. He did that just as he promised even though Lowes was not going to make a sale.

I got three things and I didn't want that brand anymore because I had trouble with the range. They were great about taking them back. We had trouble with the back burner so they sent someone out and then the back burner always came on with the front burner. They were able to accommodate me with the return of the stove and the install was great. The issue wasn't the cost because they were within the right range. The issue was really with the manufacturer and Lowe's did a good job with adapting to the situation.

They did a fantastic job. I didn't do other estimates so I don't know how their price is, but they did a really great job. The installation crew was fine.

The process was horrible. I special ordered the carpet- took 3 weeks to come in which is normal. I made an appointment for them to come and do the installation. The installers(independently contracted) were 2 1/2 hours late getting to my house. They came were here for hours and then did not have enough carpet to finish the landing and stairs(Lowe's had the right measurements- they had just ordered the wrong amount of carpet. Rescheduled for another independent contractor with Lowe's to come and finish the stairs and landing after Lowe's ordered more carpet. They were punctual but again Lowe's did not order enough carpet and the previous installers should have installed the carpet first on the landing since the carpet was patterned in order to match the patterns in the bedrooms. Carpet instillation was scheduled for the third time(more carpet had to be ordered). Installers came again from the second installer company and they had to rip out carpet in bathroom and one of the bedrooms to insure that the patterns matched. They redid carpet in bedroom, bathroom, landing and stairs. They did not tack the carpet or the padding down in bathroom and then the carpet on the stairs around the spindles was done so poorly. they ripped holes in carpet and just laid the carpet in the hole hoping I would not notice. I called the manager who was not in. I got Julie at Lowe's- she came and agreed it was done poorly and agreed to have someone else come and redo the bottom 5 steps. This was schedule(this is the 4th time they are coming to my house) they came and took the carpet off the 5 steps and instead of starting at the step just below where the carpet ended so that the patterns would match they started at the bottom step and worked up. I stated to the installer that the patterns needed to match. He did not speak English well and did not listen to me. I called Lowe's and none of the Managers were there. I was transfered to 6 people and finally got someone who was allegedly in charge by the name of Rodney. I explained the situation he stated that he would call right away to the installers boss--- he never called. He then had the audacity to call me after the installers left stating that the installers called the boss and wanted to know what was wrong with the instillation. I have lost 20 hours at work to accommodate Lowe's to be available for them to come 4 times to install my carpet and it is still not done right.

Special ordered door and it arrived in two weeks (ahead of schedule)! Installer came out the following week, removed the old door and installed new door with sliding screen in a few hours. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Installer noted that screen door upper track was too short, so he ordered a replacement, which he installed when it arrived.

Lowes did a nice a job on the floors, until they started to pop. It was the glue. They did fix it, but it was a long process. They did not clean after themselves.

It was satisfactory, they were clean and tidy, they showed up when they supposed to and finished when they said they would.

I thought Lowes was very good. The quality of the work performed as well as the price was excellent. I am extremely satisfied with Lowes.

I felt that this went really well. There was no hassle with getting the people from Lowe's to do the work, and I think that they did a wonderful job.

I always have a great experience with Lowes. I feel all of the contractors they use are excellent. I have used Lowes for many projects and will continue to do so.

Lowes gave us a warm reception and always were great to help out when there were any dilemmas. They were just overall a great company to work with.

The workers from Lowes worked very hard and did a great job. They came a little late, but got the job done quickly. I would recommended them to friends and family. I would never have anything bad to say about this company.
