He was very nice and prompt, but I didn't like the treatment vs. the carpet steamers I've used in the past. There were spots on the carpet that weren't removed, and he didn't have any special treatment to put on to avoid future spotting. While he said his chemical mix included it, the carpet has spotted very quickly since the treatment. It's a new house and it's an offwhite carpet, so I'm going to go ahead and try another carpet cleaner to see if that works better. It was also dark (not a lot of lighting in some areas) when he cleaned so in all fairness, I'm wondering if that could have affected this service. I think I just don't like the type of cleaning process vs. a steamer. I would recommend people try it and see how it works for them since he was very service oriented and fairly priced.

We had just moved into our new home and the previous owner had promised to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. The day we moved in it was obvious the work hadn't been done, the carpets upstairs were a horrible mess. There were stains in almost every room, on a very light colored carpet. I had a coupon so I decided to try this company out. I'm so glad that I did! The cleaner showed up on time, dressed in a company uniform and was very professional. I was a little skeptical at first because I'd only used steam cleaners before and this company was going to use what looked like a floor buffer. The gentleman explained how it worked and I decided to go ahead and let him proceed. The results were absolutely spectacular!! All the ugly stains were gone and the carpets looked like they were brand new. Not only that, but two hours later they were completely bone dry!! I was amazed, I didn't think you could get a carpet clean with a floor buffer, but I'm sold now. I'll never use a steam cleaner again.
