He did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again. He was really responsive and reasonable. I would recommend them as well.

Have not heard from anyone from D & S Plumbing as of August 22, 2017. I have since had the sump pump replaced by a more responsive plumber.

He is really busy and I was not able to schedule it as soon as I would have liked. I called several times to make sure I was still on the list. Once he got scheduled, he was on time and was very efficient. All works fine now. I just know it will be a while before he gets to me if it is not an emergency.

They were great! Came in and removed/took away my old water heater that was leaking & installed a new one very quickly. Also while having my floors redone, the installers found that I had a leak from a pipe behind the wall in a downstairs bathroom. They found it on a Friday, but I bailed water until Monday & D&S came out first thing for me & had it fixed within a 1/2 hour. They never try to upsell me & I appreciate that. They come in do what you need done, check to make sure nothing else needs to be done & leave. Rates are very reasonable and pretty consistent with others.

Because my house is over 50 years old, there are always complications with the plumbing. (Cast Iron pipes and Lead Flanges) Tom always does a FANTASTIC job. We had used other plumbers in the past, and been very dissatisfied. Tom came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we have been calling on him for about three years now. He does EXCELLENT work and is always CLEAN and COURTEOUS.

It is a family business and we have used them for almost twenty years. They've known us for so long they just bill us. They are professional and you always get a live person when you call. The fellow is very reliable and calls ahead of time. They will call if they are going to be late. They prioritize for emergencies and are always punctual.

I called first thing Monday morning and described the work needed to be done. Woman on the other end of the phone told me they were backed up and it might not be that day but instead th next. I said no problems. No phone call the rest of the day to say they were or were not coming, so I called Tuesday morning to find out when they might be coming. The woman said that she had not told me that it would be today either and it might even be tomorrow as they were 'very backed up' but that she would check and call me back. 4 hours later, no phone call and I am calling another plumber.

Arrived on time and completed the work in less than thirty minutes.

I asked him to fix several things and some of them he said didn't need repair so I was happy with the service he did do and grateful for the other advice since it saved me money.

We had a rocky start just trying to get together on our meet up times but some of that was miscommunication on both of our parts but once he came he did a great job. When I told him my problem he had a great "can do anything" attitude which was better than the last plumber that helped us on this situation. He gave us some extra tips and fixed our problem. Everything has been good so far. I will definitely use him in the future.

We woke to find water all over the bathroom floor, and the cut-off valve would not close completely, so it continued to soak the room. Called Dand S at 7:30 am and Tom was here before 8:30 -- suggested we replace flushing mechanism and ring, since they were badly worn and would soon wear out also. He had everything finished within 30 minutes. Polite, honest, professional...you definitely want to call Dand S for plumbing needs. I know I will keep their number handy.

The front office kept me informed as the status of the plumber, when they would be by so I could be at the house when the plumber was there. The plumber arrived on time and immediately went to work, which was performed quickly and efficiently. He ended up having to replace one of the copper pipes that fed from the inside of the house to the outside as a previous owner had "torqued" the pipe to the point that it cracked and was leaking.

Okay, I'm impressed, and I'm not easy to impress. This guy knew his stuff, explained every detail of what needed doing, and what did NOT need doing, gave me prices on each part... AND he had all the parts I needed on the truck, including the oddball ones for a 30-year old faucet! He knew exactly what I needed. Another plumber who looked at it didn't even recognize it and said I needed to contact Delta to get the parts. Tom called back within a day, over a weekend (even though it wasn't an emergency). He came within an hour of when he said he'd be here, and they called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He walked in, looked at the problems, got the parts from the truck, then quickly and efficiently fixed the toilet and the bathtub faucet. Job well done, and left everything immaculately clean. Affordable, very reasonably priced, nice guy, professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Many plumbers won't even come out if it's not a big job. This guy specializes in small local jobs, as well as the bigger jobs. THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST, and THANK YOU TOM (after an hour in my home, I already feel like we're on a first-name basis). My primary involvement was to contact D and S and consider recommendation for pipe rerouting. After the action plan was approved, D and S took care of everything. Just what I wanted. Many thanks for their prompt attention and thorough resolution. During prior service, D and S had considered the age of the water heater recommended they contact me to accomplish replacement when they had a slack-period, hopefully when cooler than the summer months when initially discussed. The water heater demanded attention prior planned replacement.

Tom was fabulous! They gave me an estimate on when they would arrive and called before they showed up. He was very professional, took great pride in his work and performed the job quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly. I would definitely use him again.

The scheduler was very clear about the number of jobs currently logged and assured me the plumber would try to work me in if another scheduled job did not take as long as projected. I was advised of the time that became available and confirmed my availability. Work was completed quickly, and there was no mess for me to clean up. The cost matched projected time and cost figures provided.

D and S Plumbing arrived exactly when they said they would. The work performed was outstanding. I wish everyone was that responsive when we call. I called them and they were at my home within an hour to fix the problem. It was a great experience.

I have used D and S Plumbing for several years. I am satisfied with their work. They are very flexible in adjusting their schedule to my work schedule. They are fair on the price, even encouraging me to try and find a better price.
