 + 0 moreI called to get a quote on installing an automatic gate opener. Someone got back to me quickly and set up a time. They came out, looked the project over and said they would call me back with a quote. That was a week ago and I haven't heard from them again. Most disappointing.

 + 0 moreSteve came out and measured then gave me a quote. A few days later the crew showed up with some heavy equipment (very rocky) and had the fence up in 2 days.
Description of Work: Brothers installed 200+ feet of ornamental aluminum included a 4' gate and a 10' double gate.

 + -1 moreTime on phone to estimate was fairly quick. I already told the story above.
Description of Work: There was no service performed. One of the brothers came out to examine a repair job and that was timely. I had a variety of fence types and fixing to be done. He spent time looking and taking notes and talking with me. I understand that fencing is busy right now and I have called some providers who straight up tell me they are too busy doing big jobs on new fences right now that they are honest with me about the fact that they probably cannot get to the one off repairs. He took my email and phone number and promised to send an estimate on Monday by email. I waited until Tuesday and no estimate. I called and left a message to say here is my email again just in case you have it wrong, plus my phone number. No response. I called another two days later for a reminder and asked "please call and let me know even if you say you cannot do it so I can move on." After than I never called again assuming the business was too small or undesirable but not worth contacting to me to at least let me know it. My problem is about integrity...if you don't want the business then 1) don't come out and look at it and 2) don't just ignore me and do nothing after you promise to provide an estimate! At least call and be HONEST that you don't want the business - but I guess some people believe that no response IS a response...I don't like to do business with people that way. Not pleased with the communication/lack of response so I will find another provider.

 + -1 moreThe project was completed start to finish in about two days. Randy came on Wednesday to discuss the project. He called on Thursday with the estimate and his crew was at our house bright and early Friday. Two guys came on Saturday to do the steps.
Description of Work: Brothers Fence installed a deck adjacent to our sun room. The deck measures 17 x 12 and is constructed of treated pine. Our yard slopes toward the house, so Randy and his crew devised a really lovely step system all around the deck.
